Through real-world explanations, students gained a clearer understanding that product quality does not rely solely on advanced machinery or technology, but starts from raw material selection and strict input control. Adhering to material standards and precise formulation is a fundamental factor in ensuring consistent finished product quality.

This section helped students directly connect materials science theory learned at university with practical industrial application, fostering a more comprehensive understanding of the value chain behind interior plastic products.

Extrusion Area – The Heart of the Production Line

Leaving the raw material area, the delegation continued to the billet and panel extrusion zone, where high-capacity machinery operates continuously. Here, students observed firsthand how plastic panels are formed from molten material under tightly controlled technical parameters.
