Practical Visit of Hanoi University of Industry Students at Dai Viet Plastic Factory in Ha Nam
On June 16, 2023, Dai Viet Plastic Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. was honored to host Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, and Dr. Nguyen Minh Viet, a lecturer in the same faculty, along with numerous students from the Organic Chemistry Program, K16 of Hanoi University of Industry. The visit provided an opportunity for the students to explore and learn about the company’s plastic production processes.

During their visit, the students learned about the company’s history, growth, and its core business areas. Specifically, the Ha Nam factory focuses on producing high-quality Ecoplast Interior Plastic Panels and Casary Wall and Ceiling Cladding Panels, widely used in the plastic materials industry.
The students had the chance to tour the factory’s advanced machinery systems, such as the extrusion and printing lines, and received detailed explanations of the production process for Ecoplast Interior Plastic Panels and Casary Wall and Ceiling Cladding Panels. This hands-on approach allowed them to see the production stages from raw materials to finished products.
The factory’s technical staff guided the students through each department, providing in-depth explanations of the production, packaging, and quality control processes. The students also learned about the unique features, structure, materials, and applications of the various products manufactured at Dai Viet Plastic.
After the factory tour, both parties engaged in a Q&A session where the technical team addressed the students’ questions about production processes and technology. This valuable internship visit provided the students from Hanoi University of Industry with practical knowledge, helping them define their academic goals and gain useful experience for their future careers.
