The 3-Day, 2-Night Company Trip to Cua Lo – Uncle Ho’s Homeland
To express our gratitude for the dedication and teamwork of all our staff, Dai Viet Group successfully organized a 3-day, 2-night trip (August 7–9, 2025) to Cua Lo – Uncle Ho’s Homeland, under the theme “Together in Hearts – Together in Faith – Together on the Road”.
The trip was not just a getaway, but a meaningful journey for the big Dai Viet Group family to immerse themselves in the blue sea and white sands, strengthen bonds through every activity, and reflect on the nation’s roots. From lively teambuilding games on the beach and a heartfelt Gala Dinner, to the special, moving moments at Uncle Ho’s hometown in Lang Sen, every part of the journey painted a complete picture of togetherness, sharing, and the spirit of sustainable growth.
The 2025 Company Trip was also an opportunity for each person to reflect on the journey so far, feel proud to be part of a strong team, and gain even more confidence in the road ahead. Though it was just three short days, what remains is the joy, beautiful memories, and renewed motivation for the whole Dai Viet Group family to keep moving forward – true to the spirit of “Growing Together”.

Departure – Arriving in Cua Lo, kicking off an exciting journey
On the morning of August 7, 2025, from the designated meeting point, buses and guides picked up Dai Viet Group’s staff and employees for the journey to Cua Lo. Throughout the trip, the buses were filled with laughter and excitement, as everyone eagerly looked forward to the vibrant experiences ahead.
Around 11:30 a.m., the group arrived in Cua Lo and checked in at the 5-star Lan Chau Hotel. With its beachfront location, spacious atmosphere, and modern amenities, the hotel was the perfect stop, providing comfort and convenience for everyone after the long journey.

After checking in, everyone enjoyed a seafood lunch at a local restaurant. The fresh ocean – inspired dishes not only delighted everyone’s taste buds but also set a warm and friendly atmosphere – kicking off an exciting and memorable 3-day, 2-night journey.

On the first afternoon, the sunlit Cua Lo beach became the stage for a lively teambuilding program. Under the slogan “Together in Hearts – Ready for Any Challenges”, all members joined in with excitement, taking part in fun and energetic group activities.

The atmosphere was buzzing as each team jumped right in, giving their all to overcome the challenges set by the organizers. Cheers and laughter echoed across the beach, multiplying the spirit of unity even more. After the excitement of Teambuilding, members had free time in the evening and the following morning to stroll along the beach, watch the sunrise, dive into the clear blue water, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the seaside.
These moments were a chance for everyone to set aside work pressures, immerse themselves in nature, and create lasting memories with colleagues and family.
Gala Dinner Night – Together in Faith, Together on the Road
On the second evening, under sparkling lights, the Gala Dinner took place with the theme “Together in Faith, Together on the Road”. This wasn’t just a joyful gathering, but a meaningful highlight of Dai Viet Group’s 2025 Company Trip – a night where togetherness, trust, and ambition truly shined.
The program began with a heartfelt speech from company leadership. Their words of sincere gratitude to all staff and employees not only looked back on the journey so far, but also reaffirmed Dai Viet Group’s vision and mission of “Growing Together”. It was a strong commitment that Dai Viet Group will always stand side by side with the whole team, continuing to write new chapters of success in the future.

Returning to Uncle Ho’s Homeland – A Journey of Gratitude and Remembrance
On the final day, the Dai Viet Group family visited the Kim Lien Historical Site in Nam Dan, the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh. Amid the simple surroundings of Lang Sen, Lang Hoang Tru, and the modest thatched house, every member paused to respectfully offer incense in remembrance of Uncle Ho.
The visit to Uncle Ho’s homeland was an opportunity for the Dai Viet Group family to express gratitude, take pride in the nation’s heritage, and deepen their love for their homeland and country.
